BRICS - Sommet de Durban : Le Verbatim de la déclaration et du plan d'action d'eThekwini .

Si le sommet des BRICS qui s'est tenu à Durban n'a pas rempli toutes ses promesses au sujet de la constitution d'une " banque des BRICS " , il n'en reste pas moins que ce projet avance et se réalisera .

Les éditoriaux rageurs et haineux des petits plumitifs et analystes stipendiés de la presse Française [ Le Monde [ lien ] et [ lien ]  , Les Echos[ lien ]  ] et internationale [ FT ,] sont là pour témoigner que cette organisation s'impose de plus en plus sur la scéne internationale.

Au delà des éditoriaux et des depêches , seul un document est là pour permettre de juger sur pièces : La déclaration et le plan d'action d' eThekwini .[ lien ]  ainsi que les accords signés .

1- Le BRICS a manifesté sa volonté de lancer un containment et un un roll-back du nouvel impérialisme Occidental en Afrique par une aide économique au développement des infrastructures régionales . [ lien ] L'accord sur la coopération nucléaire Russie-Afrique du Sud montre la voie[ lien ] , [ lien ] et il est regretable par exemple que le Sénégal ait renoncé à son projet de centrale nucléaire flottante , non pas à la suite de l'accident de Fukushima pour des préoccupations environnementales mais bien sous la pression du gouvernement Français qui veut y promouvoir le projet Flexblue .

2- Le BRICS considére que seule la déclaration de Genève [ lien ] peut constituer une base pour la résolution du conflit en Syrie et en aucune manière une militarisation accrue du conflit , par exemple par un armement des terroristes islamistes .Le communiqué s'il apelle les deux parties , mises sur le même plan , à faciliter l'accés de l'aide humanitaire  aux zones de conflit réafirme l'intégrité territoriale de la Syrie . Ce principe de l'intégrité territoriale Syrienne exclut toute intervention humano-militariste à partir de la Jordanie et de la Turquie .  C'est une rebuffade de plus pour la " diplomatie " Fabiusienne et celle des kleptocraties pétrogazières du Golfe  . C'est la réponse à la demande d'aide du gouvernement Syrien au groupe des BRICS .

Les tentatives d'organiser une mutinerie du groupe " Inde , Brésil et Afrique du Sud " contre l' " Axe Moscou-Pékin" au sein des BRICS sur le dossier Syrien ont échouées . Que ce soit celle de la Brookings Institution [ Lien ] ou celle des centres analytiques Etasuno-Quataris [ lien ] [ lien ] .

 CARAMBA ! Zout ! Encore raté !

3- Le BRICS s'oppose à toute action militaire contre l' Iran.

acts with the extreme left against the government - as "useful idiots" for the CIA/MI6. From Quito - "Rosa Luxemburg" meddles into the government - indigenous probles in Ecuador, Colombia, Peru

YES ! I thought about you just at the moment i read this news in the French medias . The Alliance Française was also raided but when i saw the name of the KAS in the list of the organizations
raided , i rembered all your comments about the KAS in my blogue , especially at the time i was commenting the conference of Copacabana and the declaration of Nelson Jobim .

Brasil and India cannot stand as decidedly positive towards the goverment in Syria, as Russia and China - in order not to openly attract criticism from "Western Media". But de facto interest
in Brasil, which has a large and influential sector from Syria's christian immigration - is for "non-support" of the "Opposition" in Syria, which is viewed as Sunni dominated and fundamentally
hostile to Christians in Syria. India has its own policies - but as a majority Hindu nation obviously prefers the Syria that kept Sunni dominance from power. India also continues commercial and
probably financial relations with Iran - contrary to the embargos which the "West" enforces. Thus, obviously only Russia and China can straight forward support the goverment in Syria: The "West"
counts such numerous sins against them, that this one more sin will not matter und in fact favor the geopolitical agenda of their independent global policies
