Wikileaks have been published Bzil, concerning communication of the U.S. Embassy in 2008 (?) denying the Ukraine a request for permission to use certain U.S. licensed items in order
to collaborate with Brazil's space program. It seems the U.S. indicated that it does not favor a development of Brazil's space program. In 1996 or 1999, Col. Roberto Monteiro Oliveira taped
an interview in which he warned that the U.S. would sabotage the space program of Brazil. Subsequently two explosions, in 1999 and 2003 retarded the program for ten years. In the "Alcantara
explosao" 17 of Brazil's space experts died. The material can all be researches under or similar "Alcantara explosao", "Invasao territorial do Brasil (Alcantara urgente", "Roberto Monteiro
Oliveira", "wikileaks ucraina programa espacial". ---BBC suddenly brought an unusually friendly documentar about Brazil - "IBAMA stops deforestation in the Amazon" with docu of armed raid
by IBAMA, the training of Xavante tribals as fire fighters, even a former U.S. Special Forces veterans who has settled in der Amazon and praises the regeneration of the deforested areas.
(There was also an unusal docu about the "Orquestas Sinfonicas Penitenciarias" in Venezuela): Possible that Britain wants to soften the position of UNASUR concerning the Malvinas-Falklands
Problem - which is again on the agenda.

Bom Dia Jan ,

FELIZ ANO NOVO para vocé é sua familia , amigos . I totally agree with you . Looking at the Brazilian Military Industrial Complex -BMIC , i see that these past years , Brazilian designers have
chosen a clever strategy by using COTS components in order to create sub-parts , especially in the electronic aerea , a strategy which permit them to escape from asking a waiver on an "End User
Certificate "from American or European providers . A few persons in the western world know that in aeronautics Brazilian designers began with a " white sheet of paper " . This is the case
for EMBRAER whose engineers and technicians had to " reinvent the tepid water " whereas a company like BOMBARDIER found all the datas for its plane by buying another company . It also shows how
good are technical universities in Brazil . Concerning the explosions at Alcantara , i red that French intelligence services were under suspicion of spying by the ABIN . We must also talk of the
" Quilombistas " who are with no doubt manipulated . I agree with you on the British attitude towards Brazil concerning the Malvinas .

Cordialmente

Daniel BESSON
