Brésil - Subversion - Coupe du Monde : Un institut universitaire publie un manuel de guérilla urbaine avec l'aide financière d'ONG transnationales .

Alors que la plupart des mediats nationaux Brésiliens et internationaux constatent l'échec des manifestations subversives lors des matches de la Coupe du Monde de football , qui ne sont plus le fait que de groupuscules extrême-gauchistes et anarchistes libertaires,  une certaine caste d'universitaires gauchistes et d'avocaillons ratés essaye par tous les moyens de souffler sur les cendres froides du mouvement . Nous y rajouterons en France  quelques journaleux comme Quentin Girard du journal Libération ou Nicolas Bourcier de l'Immonde .

Le Centro de Tecnologia e Sociedade (CTS) de la Fundação Getúlio Vargas [ 1 ] vient de mettre en ligne sur la plateforme Protestos.org [ 2 ] des fiches pratiques destinées aux subversifs Brésiliens des mouvements gauchistes et des black-blocs . [ 3 ] Celles-ci sont directement inspirées par le manuel de guérilla urbaine du terroriste Communiste Carlos Marighella . [ 4 ] Fondé en 1944 la Fundação Getúlio Vargas était considérée jusqu'il y a peu comme un des principaux institut universitaire et centre analytique d'Amérique du Sud dans les domaines de l'économie et de la socio-politique . Mais , comme l'a souligné François Fillon à propos du système éducatif et universitaire Français , le système universitaire Brésilien a été petit à petit infiltré et contaminé par le Marxisme et l'on arrive à ce genre de " publications " universitaires . Tout comme en France , un véritable redressement du pays ne peut passer que par une " nettoyage " du systéme universitaire de ces élèments et leur mise à l'écart définitive de la construction et de la diffusion du savoir .  

Outre la coterie Marxiste universitaire Brésilienne les derniers groupuscules d'agitateurs bénéficient du soutien systématique et compulsif des intervenants des Defensorias Públicas c'est à dire des aides juridictionnelles des états Brésiliens . Les " défenseurs publics " sont des personnes - fonctionnaires recrutés sur concours et titres - qui ont fait des études de droit mais qui n'ont pas pour la plupart d'entre-eux le statut d'avocat ...car il n'ont pas passé ou réussi le concours de l'Ordre des Avocats du Brésil qui est très sélectif .[ 5 ]

Tout comme en France avec le Syndicat de la Magistrature , une grande partie de la magistrature Brésilienne Marxisante s'oppose à l'action des forces de maintien de l'ordre et conseille les subversifs arrétés .

La plateforme Protestos.org est une joint-venture entre le Centro de Tecnologia e Sociedade (CTS) de la Fundação Getúlio Vargas et l'ONG Artigo 19. [ 6 ]

On s'étonnera de pouvoir encore s'étonner si parmi les principaux organismes finançant Artigo 19 , c'est à dire la guérilla urbaine et la subversion au Brésil , on retrouve l'Open Society de George Soros , la Ford Foundation et des organismes gouvernementaux Suédois , Britanniques et Allemands : SIDA – Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency  [ 8 ] ,UK DFID – Department for International Devlopment et Friedrich Ebert Stiftung . It is really very simple and has been prepared since the end of the Cold War: During the Cold War - up to the fall of the "Wall" in Berlin, 1989, the USA, Britain and Germany supported
the Right in Latin America. But the old right-wing agents and connection became useless after 1990 - as  the Left emerged in Latin America which is independent from "guidance" coming from
outside Latin America. In most Latin American nations an independent, nationalistic and "latinoamericanistic" Left appeared, that rejected all "guidance" from outside Latin America. "Virginia"
had "foreseen" that the "independent" Left in Latin America needed to be infiltrated, broken and "rented". The U.S., Britain, Germany and Scandinavia spent hundreds of millions in Latin America
to finance hungry "marxist" academics who want to sound like "revolutionaries - while getting "help" from NATO-nation "foundations" , who stroke the egos of those academics by providing them with
travel to the USA, Britain and Germany, lecture tours and even opportunities to publish books. Swallow hard: The U.S. "Left" and the European Left - are now as much the adversaries of the
"independent" Latin America - as the Right. The "independent" nationalistic Left in Brazil - such as the PCdoB and most in the PT, also MAS in Boliivia and Alianza in Equador - have been aware of
that since years.  Ecuador's President Rafael Correa, a nationalist and latinoamericanist leftists - not a "marxists" - keep warning almost every week about the "izquierda falsa" the "false
left". He has a Ph.D. in economics from Univ. Illinois in the USA and seeks an Ecuadorian form of socialism "without theories out of a manual". And the Vice President of Bolivia, Alfaro Linera
Garcia has written a much quoted letter to ATTAC in France, in which he critizised the idea of the  (European)"ultra left" of "socialism without development. --The massive campaign to
destabilize the center-left government of Brazil during the soccer COPA has been prepared since May 2011 by Brazilian ultra-left academics who get "help" from U.S., British and German NGOs
(financed by those governments and U.S. billionaires) - together with agents of Germany's "Rosa Luxemburg Foundations" and "Heinrich Boell Foundation" - who now lead the final, but failed attempt
to disrupt the soccer COPA in Brazil. ----But an interesting development is now emerging in Colombia - the new Left led by Clara Lopez helped Juan Manuel Santos win the presidency against the
ultr-right. A few days ago, Santos called President Dilma Rousseff in Brazil, thanking the Brazillians for helping with negotiation between his government and the marxist guerrilla movement ELN
(the smaller rival of the FARC ).  "Marxism" as a strategy for now, is not apt for Latin America. Even the democratic Left realizes that. The old slogans about "workers' power" is
out. President Dilma Rousseff told both the right-orientated Military in Brazil ad the left-orientated MST "landless movement" the identical aim: "WE WANT A BRAZIL OF THE MIDDLE CLASS OF SMALL
PROPRIETORS!".  Polls have shown what Latin American want today: 1.Macro control of the economy by the national government, 2. Less inequality. 3. personal freedom. -- Communism now comes
from the Federal Reserve Bank of the USA - as it confiscates the savings of working people by freezing the income from the savings, via zero interest rates, leading to real loss due to inflation.
Even right-wing Republicans in the USA are getting scared: While wages in the USA are lower then a generation ago - in 2013 - 21 directors of "hedgefunds" earned $ 29 billion for their own
estates. How long will U.S. Americans tolerate that ?
