Le Brésil compte sur les satellites et la fibre optique pour assurer sa sécurité informationnelle .

C'est un sujet que j'avais déja abordé dans ce blogue dans le cadre d'une " géopolitique des télécommunications " il y a prés de deux ans  [ lien vers article ]   

  L'affaire Snowden a montré aux états la nécessité de disposer d'une souveraineté sur les " pipelines de l'information " que sont les fibres optiques  ainsi que la maîtrise des communications satellitaires .[ lien vers article ]

5 ^éme colonne politico-économique lors de l'administration du Président Fernando Henrique Cardoso [ lien ] [ lien ] , le Brésil a décidé de se réaproprier la souveraineté de ses flux d'informations et d'accélérer les programmes visant à concrétiser cette souveraineté . Cette réapropriation se fera sur trois axes :  satellite de télécommunications , anneau de fibre optique Sud-Américain , point d'échange Internet .

ABIN has very limited capacity and very limited scope of authority. It has only 800 or 1,200 personnel and just a half a dozen outside Brazil. The PF , PM and the military seem more active in
internal observations. Defesanet just published a report about the military having an obsevation unit in Brasilia, staffed by under 100, to monitor the protest movements in order to prepare for
possible defense measures: Remember, "arruaceiros" even broke into the Itamaraty in Brasillia during the protests. The PF has only a half a dozen agents stationed in Brazil's Embassies in

...yet one could wonder about the internal security of Brazil, considering that many of its military are being "trained" by the U.S., that the PF, judging from wikileaks had "cooperated" with
the U.S. to frame illegally several Arabs residing in Brazil, and that recently one ABIN agents has been suspended for working with the U.S.. That does not even consider the THOUSANDS of
NATO-nation NGOs or Brazilian NGOs that seem geopolitical "partners" of NATO-nation NGOs (Mostly from U.S., Germany, Britain, Norway, Vatican). The "sudden" protests in June - had been prepared
since years mostly by German NGOs (false flag left linked to U.S., green linked to Britain, catholic linked to Vatican): The existence of "resistance groups against UPPs in the 12 cities of the
soccer events in Brazil" had already been PUBLIZISED in Germany in May 2012 (2012), and the "campaign against the Government of Brazil" (for Spring 2013) was announced and pulblizised in
Germany in October 2012. Even a NYT specialist covering Brazil - J. Rohter, believed to have friends in the CIA, wondered during a John Rose PBS event: "Strange, in the past the rise of bus fares
never caused protests like that in Brazil ?" The German NGOs working for the U.S. have already pepared a similar action for Ecuador, as soon as Yasuni is opened for oil exploration: Suddenly
massive country-wide protests will develop - like in Brazil - with a whole spectrum of demands not related to oil exploration in the Yasuni: Watch the "lead" NGO "Urgewald e. V." !
