La tension remonte de nouveau entre la Grande-Bretagne et l'Argentine à l'approche du 30 ^éme anniversaire de l'expedition coloniale Britannique contre l'archipel Argentin des Malouines.

Argentines have now to observe how the NATO "Partners" will destabilize the national unity in Argentina, and discredit the government.  The U.N. Raporteur for Indigeous Rights, the
U.S. lawyer James Anaya has for the first time visited Argentina in Nov.-Dec. 2011 - in Jujuy where a long-standing need for legalization of indigenous territorial claim has now been
solved.  It appears one person from Germany, supported the both the Catholic and the Protestant churches in Germany, who is "active" throughout Latin America - has been present in the area
since some time and involved in the issue. The ethnic group and the area is on the border with Bolivia. Resistance to the development of lithium deposits may be encouraged - a pattern against
development identical to that advocated by U.S. and EU-NATO NROs throughout Latin America.  James Anaya is a U.S. indigenous (Indian). The CIA is recruiting agents from among U.S.
indgenous (Indians) and "Hispanic-Latinos" to serve in Latin America. Example through the "American Indianer Science and Technologie Association" ASES.  In 1980, a leader of the
"American Indian Movement", Russel Banks organized the Miskito, Sumo and Rana in easter Nicaragua against the Sandinista government - while the CIA supported "Contras" attacked
Nicaragua from Honduras.  A "wikileak" revealed that the U.S. Embassador in Bolivia met with the embassadors of Britain, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, Danemark - to influence
the socio-political events in Bolivia.  Indigenous issues will now be used by the U.S. and NATO in Argentina to destabilize national unity and to discredit the government. Argentines have to
observer who the foreigners are who get involved and investigate and publish their backgrounds, financing and history.
